Waiver
Before your service begins, you'll be asked to review and sign a short digital consent form. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can sign on their behalf.
Reservation Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Need to change your plans? No problem. Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 1 hour before your start time and there's no charge. Changes made less than 1 hour before your appointment, or missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service price. This helps us respect our artists' time and offer the slot to another guest. You can manage your booking anytime from My Reservations in your account.
On-Time Policy
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it so the next guest isn't delayed. If we can't reschedule your visit, it may be treated as a missed appointment under our cancellation policy.
Gift Card Redemption
Femme Lux gift cards can be used in store when you pay for your service. A valid payment card is still needed to secure your reservation online.

For makeup services, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so your artist can start with a fresh canvas. Let us know about any allergies, sensitivities or skin concerns when you arrive. Every look is personalized. Your artist will talk with you about the style you want and adapt it to your features, so you leave loving the result.

The full service total is paid online at checkout. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is verified.
