Terms of Use

By using Femme Lux or placing an order you agree to these terms with Femme Lux Beauty Supply LLC, 4423 N Grimes St suite 600, Hobbs, NM 88240.

Prices, stock, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at checkout, including the shipping method you select. A product can sell out between the moment you view it and the moment you pay. If we cannot fulfill a line, we refund that line.

You pay with a method that is enabled at checkout. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot ship to the address given.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. A parcel sent to the address you entered is treated as delivered.

Shipping and returns

Those rules live on their own pages so they stay tied to the settings in the store.

Advice

Routine suggestions are cosmetic guidance. They are not medical care. Patch-test new formulas and stop if skin reacts.
