International Shipping

The studio is in Hobbs, NM. Checkout currently prices delivery from one shipping zone, so the rates below are what an address outside the U.S. will see until country rules are added.

Accounts use U.S. phone numbers. If checkout will not accept your number, email [email protected] and we will place the order with you.

The rates we can promise

These are live shipping rules, not estimates typed by hand.

Customs is separate

Femme Lux charges the product price and the delivery fee shown at checkout. Import duty, VAT, or a carrier brokerage fee is billed by the destination country, not by us.

Currency

Prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

Address

Use the full international format, including the postal code, so the carrier can clear the parcel.

Refused parcels

If a package is refused or returned by customs, we refund the product once it is back in Hobbs. Outbound shipping is not refunded.

If you want a quote before you order, send the city and postal code to contact.
