How to Use

Apply Full-On™ Plumping Lip Cream generously to the lips for a high-shine finish. Layer over Power-Full Plump Lip Balm for a plump, pampered, and glossy lip or over Power Line™ Plumping Lip Liner for a glam lip look. Use the sharp point of the pencil to line and give definition and shape, and the rounded side to fill in lips.
